- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give 0 stars, I would. My girlfriend moved here from Florida, and had her agent transfer her policy here. Rob's office got her policy setup, but it was $60 more than her previous policy (originally $140), which is understandable because it's a different state. However, after speaking with her previous Allstate agent to confirm the price increase, she notified us that her policy in Oregon now includes a bunch of extras that weren't on her original policy. She contacts Rob to discuss this, and now she gets charged $400!!! He added on extras because she noticed the changes... This office is a crooked, beware! Currently in the process of switching to Susan Snyder's Allstate office.January 17, 2017by William Dains
