  My wife recently went in for her first appointment with Dr. Grey and came home raving about the wonderful experience it was from beginning to end and top to bottom. Dr. Grey is extremely thorough and has a calming but informative bedside manner. Her staff is efficient, knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly. I can't wait to recommend anyone who ask for the services of a Eye Physician or Surgeon. She offers a full service program from 'soups to nuts,' for lack of a better term. I look forward to my next visit with Dr. Grey and her staff.

  As I sit here and wait for my prescription to fax over after waiting 30 minutes from my first call and then receiving a glasses lens prescription when I asked for contacts I had to call a third time to let them know I didn’t get the right prescription. I like the doctor and nurses but right now is not a busy time and I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a fax.. bummed out that I drive down to roseburg and spend the extra money to go through this office. Very helpful staff, just got to speed it up on sending out a fax.
